Accomodation
The Townhouse sleeps four and has a small kitchen with oven, fridge ,
washing machine, microwave etc. There is a dining area with table and
chairs, toilet and living area on the ground floor which has a sofa, armchairs
and cable T.V.
The lounge opens out onto the patio which has a table and chairs and looks
onto the swimming pool which is only 30 yards away.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms each with with two singles beds
in each room and there are two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other
with a shower.
There is a roof terrace with additional table, parasol and chairs, there
are also sunbeds where you can soak up the rays, or admire the views of
the Monchique mountains, Pinhal golf course and surrounding areas.
Gardens
/ Pool AreasThe gardens around the apartments and old village are a highlight of the Old Village and are well tended, with many bougainvilleas and other flowering shrubs and palm trees.
There are three communal pools on the Old Village complex all of which you are welcome to use, the nearest being 30 yards from the patio and this was completed earlier this year. This pool has restricted access via a gated swipe card entry system but you have full access to it.
